Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. The Helpdesk Analyst reports to the Regional IT Manager - East US and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner ensures maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources. Primary Accountabilities:
Technical Requirements: Desktop/Laptop: Antivirus, Basic Troubleshooting, Firmware Upgrades, Imaging Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, Office 365, Powershell, Windows, Exchange, Entra ID Security Applications: Duo, Imprivata, Envoy, Delinea, BigFix, Crowdstrike Education: Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum 5+ years related experience and/or training, with at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services. OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field with a minimum of 2+ years of related experience, with at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Terminal Services, and VMWare preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is frequently required to sit; the employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
