Why Join TWB? $19.24/hour starting pay + $1.00 shift differential $1,500 retention bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting Day 1 Paid holidays starting Day 1 Quarterly profit sharing Performance-based pay increases Time-and-a-half overtime and double time after 48 hours 401(k) with company contribution and employee match Education assistance Training and opportunities for advancement Schedule 12-hour shifts: 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. Rotating continental schedule 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then rotates What You'll Do Operate a forklift and/or crane to move material throughout the plant Load and unload machines and move finished product Package and prepare material for production or shipping Monitor equipment and production Inspect parts for quality Complete required production paperwork Assist with machine setups and production Help maintain a safe, efficient work environment What You'll Need Forklift experience required Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and stoop Basic math and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work required shifts and schedule rotations Manufacturing experience is a plus Ready to get to work?
