Anesthesia Tech II, Per Diem - Santa Monica Main OR

Take on a prominent position in the Operating Room. Under the general direction of the OR Director and direct supervision of the Clinical Nurse Managers and the Anesthesia OR Clinical Supervisor; the incumbent is responsible for assisting the anesthesiologist in the preparation of equipment needed to administer anesthesia; setting up invasive lines for patient monitoring; performing cell saving procedures; setting up Laser and Video equipment and assisting in Laser procedures; setting up other OR equipment; trouble-shooting OR equipment for the clinical staff; and performing clerical and coordinating duties as assigned by the RN Charge Nurse. Job duties will be performed following department protocols and manufacturer's recommendations in operating equipment; adherence to established procedures based on anesthesiologist's preference in setting up invasive lines.

Hourly Salary: $42.48
