Love books and enjoy staying organized? We're hiring a Bookstore Clerk to support inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations in a climate-controlled school environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys working with books, maintaining organized inventory, and providing support behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Basic computer skills required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail or related experience required Experience with inventory management, stocking, or warehouse operations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Duties Receive incoming books and inspect their condition Enter inventory information into computer systems accurately Organize books within the warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval Pull books for customer orders, transfers, or recycling Pack and prepare orders for shipment Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials properly Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Support bookstore and warehouse operations as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move textbooks weighing up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying throughout the shift Ability to work in a warehouse and bookstore environment Comfortable performing repetitive inventory and stocking tasks Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
