APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic and electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems. Support engineering activities including design verification, prototype assembly, calibration, testing, fabrication, and system modifications. Construct, adjust, calibrate, diagnose, and maintain specialized equipment, tools, and test systems. Conduct experiments, collect data, document results, and support engineering investigations. Build tooling, fixtures, and hardware required to support unique engineering and laboratory projects. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements and corrective actions. Utilize advanced diagnostic and test equipment to evaluate system and component performance. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 1+ years of experience supporting electronics, electro-mechanical systems, engineering laboratories, manufacturing operations, or related technical environments. 1+ years of experience troubleshooting, testing, repairing, calibrating, or modifying electronic or electro-mechanical equipment. 1+ years of experience utilizing diagnostic tools, test equipment, multimeters (DMM), oscilloscopes, or similar instrumentation. 1+ years of experience reading engineering drawings, schematics, technical documentation, or assembly instructions. Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. What Sets You Apart: Fundamental knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, laboratory equipment, and technical troubleshooting techniques. Military electronics, avionics, communications, or technical maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting to the component level. Experience fabricating simple hardware, fixtures, and test tools. FCC First Class License. Solder Repair Certification. Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Interest in leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve technical processes and efficiency. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Overtime: May be required based on project schedules and testing requirements. Lifting Requirements: Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements associated with laboratory and engineering support activities. Work Environment: Engineering laboratory and prototype development environment.
