The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S. This project is of significant scale and complexity, and our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery this year. The candidate will locate on a long-term assignment to Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is contingent upon project award. Job Summary:
The Labor Relations Representative supports project labor relations activities to ensure compliance with labor agreements, company policies, applicable laws, and project requirements. The position serves as a liaison between project management, craft professionals, labor organizations, subcontractors, and workforce services personnel to promote productive labor-management relationships, maintain workforce stability, and support successful project execution. Duties are consistent with responsibilities identified within workforce services and labor relations functional guidance.#LI-SM2 Major Responsibilities:

Work Environment Position is based at a large construction project site and requires frequent interaction with craft professionals, labor organizations, project management, subcontractors, and client representatives in a fast-paced construction environment. Work hours may exceed 40 hours per week and require flexibility to work limited overtime and/or provide coverage for shifts other than day shift. Total Rewards/Benefits:
