Schedule:Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Clean and prepare machined castings for painting
• Apply coatings according to product specifications
• Inspect finishes for quality and accuracy
• Learn to operate machine-shop equipment safely
• Operate forklifts after completing required training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Work overtime when required
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds with assistance when needed
• Comfortable bending, squatting, standing, and working from ladders
• Able to remain in physical working positions for extended periods
• Ability to read small print with or without corrective lenses
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
