Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Technical training in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, or automated production equipment is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident.



Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in conformal coating, PCB manufacturing, electronics production, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating, programming, or troubleshooting automated conformal coating equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic assembly, quality inspection, masking techniques, and coating application processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, perform touch-ups, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements while handling small electronic components.
  • Capable of standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the production area for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with precision in confined spaces during wiring and chassis assembly tasks.
  • Must have close visual acuity to inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs), conformal coatings, and assembled electronic systems.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle manufacturing materials and equipment as required.


Job Duties



  • Serve as a subject matter expert for conformal coating operations, automated coating machine programming, and process improvements.
  • Perform pre-coating testing, inspection, masking, coating application, touch-up, and final quality inspections of printed circuit boards.
  • Evaluate conformal coating methods and recommend process enhancements to improve product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Support electro-mechanical assembly operations, including hardware assembly, electronics integration, and chassis wiring.
  • Rework boards with conformal coating defects and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while consistently following company procedures and workmanship standards.
  • Support customer delivery schedules and perform additional manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.
