Retail Store Processor Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $13.50 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling required. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals. What You'll Do Sort, tag, and price merchandise Help track and report production numbers Move processed merchandise to sales floor Provide friendly, helpful service to donors Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments Maintain clean work and storage spaces Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock May make bank runs, price items, or cross train in another department Training Provided Paid training on store procedures Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership Opportunity to build retail and customer service skills Why Join Us Mission-driven work that supports programs in your community On-the-job training Team-oriented environment Employee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
