Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee diverse marketing projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all established processes are rigorously followed and deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support by diving deep into internal workflows and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by flexing your time investment based on project demands, including dedicating a higher percentage of your efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
• Contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by ensuring operational efficiency and project integrity.
• Manage a blended workload, balancing standard project management responsibilities with essential system, technical, and administrative support, including system tracking and process workflows.
• Act as a system administrator for project management software, focusing on setup, configuration, and reporting to optimize team efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with media teams, ensuring all deliverables meet precise specifications.
• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives, contributing to strategic campaign execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing context.
• Demonstrated ability to be structured and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to provide technical and operational support, with a keen understanding of system tracking and process workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation.
• Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and pulling reports from project management software.
• Experience partnering with media teams to deliver files to specification.
