As a **Manager, Account Strategy**, you will be at the heart of crafting and executing cutting-edge advertising solutions that directly influence brand growth and conversion. Your contributions will be critical in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and continuously innovating within a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strong executor and consultative partner, developing strategic plans and executing managed-service and self-service campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams to create strategic, data-driven media proposals that align with client objectives.
- Lead and participate in external advertiser and agency calls, demonstrating deep expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of diverse media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential tactics.
- Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences by adhering to internal SLAs and QA processes.
- Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue and demonstrate strong executive presence in client and agency interactions.
- Partner cross-functionally to effectively traffic campaigns across various advertising technology platforms.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Deep understanding of digital media metrics (e.g., CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and media math for effective optimization.
- Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification and solution development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
- Robust project management capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- High comfort level navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with familiarity in industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including in-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- A proven track record of influencing advertiser investments in media strategies.
