The Opportunity: Senior Consumer Experience Product Designer

As a Senior Consumer Experience Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of design innovation, partnering closely with product design leads, research, product, and engineering teams. You will be a key driver in building consumer-focused design solutions at scale, fostering a culture of user-centric design, and navigating complex challenges with agility and creativity. Your expertise in Human-Centered Design processes and methodologies will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences that truly make a difference.

What You Will Do



  • Leverage existing design systems while innovating within their framework, establishing new responsive and reusable patterns as needed.
  • Apply strong accessibility awareness and inclusive design principles to all projects.
  • Collaborate effectively across research, strategy, product, and engineering teams, integrating organizational needs and design best practices.
  • Design comprehensive end-to-end flows with deep consideration for interconnectivity and holistic user experience across diverse user types.
  • Seamlessly join projects with validated low-fidelity concepts and transition into collaborative working sessions to drive innovation before design sprints.
  • Design trust, transparency, and human agency into advanced features (such as natural language search, smart recommendations, and assistance tools) aligned with broader strategic landscapes.
  • Utilize previous exposure to data platforms with a solid understanding of data concepts and user workflows to inform design decisions.
  • Operate comfortably in agile environments, demonstrating a collaborative nature and skill in integrating stakeholder feedback into design iterations.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing products.
  • A dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products is a must.
  • Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes.
  • Proven Product Design skills and practical application of Human-Centered Design methods to meet user needs and business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems in developing holistic solutions for user experiences.
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and various platform human interface guidelines, including mobile (iOS, Android) and connected platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in sketching, concept creation, wireframing, producing information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows, with the ability to create tappable/clickable rapid design prototypes.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate for design solutions.
  • Must be a vibrant and engaging communicator capable of presenting concepts and ideas to all levels of the company.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with health technology.
