What You'll Do



  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications and production-grade services.
  • Build modern front-end experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux.
  • Develop scalable backend services using Java and modern API architectures.
  • Design, implement, and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Translate UX concepts and wireframes into polished, interactive digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement automated testing and participate in CI/CD development practices.
  • Deploy and support applications in cloud environments.
  • Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices.
  • Work effectively with globally distributed teams in an Agile environment.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux.
  • Strong Java development experience building production applications and services.
  • Experience developing responsive web applications using HTML5 and CSS best practices.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web service patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code practices; Terraform experience preferred.
  • Understanding of browser behaviors, client-side persistence, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed engineering teams.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience building consumer-facing, enterprise-scale, or high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with AI tooling, generative AI, or agentic development workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted engineering practices and automation.
  • Experience collaborating with UX teams and using tools such as Figma.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, or event-driven systems.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, digital platforms, or customer-facing technology solutions.
