This part-time role (20-30 hours per week) offers the chance to dive deep into critical marketing operations.

Imagine spearheading the operational engine behind high-impact B2B marketing initiatives, directly contributing to client success and seeing your efforts translate into tangible results. This is a unique opportunity to own the day-to-day logistics, client communication, and project tracking across diverse accounts, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the linchpin that keeps multi-channel initiatives on schedule, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your organizational prowess makes all the difference.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with clients and internal leadership to execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs from planning through launch and optimization. Your contributions will directly influence campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.

  • Execute multi-channel ABM campaign logistics, including landing page updates, gifting link distribution, micro-site builds, and video asset tracking.
  • Prep weekly account performance reports and engagement signals for client sales alignment meetings.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines across internal team members, creative designers, digital channels, and external vendors/VAs.
  • Maintain project plans, campaign tracking tools, and account cohort swap lists to ensure every deliverable stays on schedule.
  • Follow up proactively with clients, partners, and vendors to keep projects moving without waiting for direction.
  • Prepare client presentations, campaign tracking updates, and status summaries.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align outreach, account lists, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with account research support and buyer committee mapping.
  • Monitor campaign performance data via internal dashboards and recommend operational optimizations.
  • Ensure every client interaction reflects a high level of professionalism, speed, and responsiveness.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled but also embodies a proactive and results-driven mindset. Your ability to keep projects moving, anticipate needs, and maintain meticulous detail will be key to your success and the success of our clients.

  • 4 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable presenting status updates and campaign tracking to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high client-facing professionalism.
  • Highly dependable with exceptional follow-through and a proactive work style.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing performance data.
  • A natural ability to keep projects moving without being asked and proactively follow up until tasks are complete.
  • The knack for noticing missing information before anyone else and quickly resolving blockers.
  • Enjoyment in balancing multiple account priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear communication with executives and clients, comfortable leading status meetings when needed.
  • A thrive-in attitude for environments where speed, accountability, and quality execution all matter.
