Join a leading company that is revolutionizing how legal services are delivered, connecting individuals with the support they need. Our innovative platform empowers legal professionals to optimize their operations and enhance client experiences. We are dedicated to driving performance and fostering strong, data-driven partnerships that make a tangible difference in people's lives.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving success through strong relationships and analytical insights? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take the helm of our crucial partner relationships. In this impactful role, you won't just manage accounts; you'll be the architect of success, leveraging data, critical thinking, and unparalleled relationship management to elevate performance and outcomes. You will own the entire lifecycle of our partner engagements, from seamless onboarding to identifying transformative growth opportunities and operational efficiencies. Your analytical prowess will be key to diagnosing challenges, ensuring accountability, and collaborating cross-functionally to guarantee exceptional case flow, client satisfaction, and robust business results. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are eager to make a significant impact, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategically manage a dedicated portfolio of key partners, gaining deep insights into their operations and performance to ensure alignment with our innovative model.
  • Leverage advanced data analysis (conversion rates, case flow, financial metrics) to identify critical trends, diagnose issues, and proactively drive significant performance improvements.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks or inefficiencies, implementing solutions before they impact operations.
  • Orchestrate the seamless onboarding of new partners, clearly articulating our operational framework, expectations, and processes.
  • Assess and evaluate prospective partners, ensuring alignment with our performance, operational, and client outcome standards.
  • Act as the primary strategic liaison for partners, cultivating robust, collaborative relationships while upholding rigorous performance accountability.
  • Drive accountability through direct, data-driven discussions, addressing underperformance and guiding corrective actions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (intake, operations, legal, business development) to optimize case flow and ensure precise reporting.
  • Continuously monitor case progression and partner decisions to proactively minimize operational and legal risks.
  • Champion the identification and implementation of process enhancements that boost efficiency, scalability, and overall outcomes.
  • Exercise complete ownership over your partner portfolio, making autonomous, informed decisions and escalating strategically when necessary.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in account management, client success, partnerships, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing performance metrics and leveraging data (including Excel, pivot tables, and trend spotting) to achieve impactful outcomes, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and collaborate cross-functionally within dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at effective prioritization and rapid execution.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in legal, personal injury, or professional services environments.
  • Experience within high-growth or high-volume organizations.
  • Familiarity with underwriting models or referral-based business structures.
  • A comfort level with process creation and adaptation in evolving, startup-like environments.
