Summary of Job Description: The Senior Facilities Analyst serves as a strategic operational enablement partner responsible for improving the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of facilities operations through standardized processes, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled solutions. This role partners with Facilities Managers, Operations, vendors, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operational performance by overseeing complex programs, analyzing business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Facilities Analyst develops performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to translate operational data into actionable insights, identify trends and risks, measure program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making. The role contributes to cross-functional projects, promotes process standardization, identifies automation opportunities, and supports the implementation and adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
