Are you a technical Project Manager with a passion for bringing retail brand experiences to life? We are seeking an experienced In-Store Merchandising & Display Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development, production, and execution of our retail displays and promotional assets.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of creative vision, structural engineering, and procurement. You will own the 12-month store calendar, collaborating with cross-functional brand marketers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver premium permanent and promotional display fixtures-on time, within budget, and to exact quality standards.

Key Responsibilities


1. Merchandising Strategy & Calendar Ownership

  • Calendar Management: Own and manage the 12 month store merchandising calendar, driving key focus months and cross-brand coordination (including endcaps and promotional feature areas).
  • Master Timeline Execution: Maintain master project support lists and due dates; partner with brand counterpart leads to ensure strict adherence to development and shipping timelines.


2. Technical Production & Project Management

  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee display production progress from early concept through final manufacturing and store delivery.
  • Technical Specifications: Review engineered drawings, die lines, vacuum forms, injection-molded components, fabrication details, and wall-system specifications to ensure structural and visual integrity.
  • Fixture Library: Maintain and manage a central master database/library of all in-store fixture components, store counts, and retail store profile data.


3. Procurement, Bidding & Financial Management

  • Vendor Sourcing & Triple Bids: Conduct triple-bid procedures per company guidelines to identify optimal supplier partners for cost, quality, and speed-to-market.
  • Financial Operations: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for all team projects, track budget allocations, and reconcile PO invoices and receiving discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing, PR, and Education teams to specify, source, and purchase high-quality in-store promotional and premium items.


Qualifications & Requirements



  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, structural die lines, planograms, and display schematics. Deep technical knowledge of display manufacturing processes including:


    • Injection Molding (IM) & Vacuum Forming (Vac Form)

    • Metal, Acrylic, & Wood Fabrication
    • Retail Wall Systems & Modular Components
    • Print Collateral (4-Color Process, Digital, Corrugate, SBS)


  • Industry Experience: 3-5+ years of display project management experience required.


    • Ideal backgrounds: Experience within beauty/personal care brands (e.g. L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Coty) OR display manufacturing companies (e.g., Array Marketing, Diam, Pep, or similar retail environment producers).



  • Vendor & Budget Operations: Strong procurement background, including competitive bidding, PO issuance, invoice reconciliation, and supplier performance management.
  • Systems & Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise Data/ERP systems.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional multi-tasking skills, strong cross-functional communication, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced retail environments.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
