Job Summary: The Director, Management will serve as the management and operations lead for a global United States Government (USG)-funded project, managing cross-functional teams and project activities from award through close-out for a multi-country health project. They will plan and direct implementation schedules, monitor budget/spending, and organize project activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Through a matrixed structure, they will contribute to the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure efficient project implementation. Under the direction of the Project Director, the Director, Management will work closely with department and project senior management, the Project Management Team (PMT), technical staff and country teams to ensure financial, administrative, contractual, logistical efficiency and compliance. They serve as a liaison between staff and the organization's administrative and enterprise services to maintain smooth operations between headquarters and field offices. They will supervise a team of management and operations staff with a majority focus on core initiatives, sub-agreement and procurement management, and project contractual compliance. Proven leadership experience on complex, global projects is a requirement for this position. This position is contingent on donor funding Accountabilities:

The expected US Based hiring salary range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget. For internal candidates, salary placement will also follow FHI 360's current promotional increase guidelines. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and FHI 360 policy. Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 7% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.
