Overview
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager - Windows Ecosystem - to drive the strategy behind the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) programs and policies that shape how the world's Windows devices are built and brought to market. As part of the Windows Ecosystem & Commercial Engagementteam, you'll help shape the future of the Windows device ecosystem - making sure that no matter which partner builds the device, customers get the quality, security, and experiences Windows is designed to deliver. You'lldeveloptheprogramsthat help partnersdelivergreatWindowsexperiences across the ecosystem, with quality and security as first-class outcomes. You'll use customer, market, and ecosystem insights to set priorities, drive adoption of key experiences, and leverage AI to help partners deliver high-quality devices more efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional, influence-driven role that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution. Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
