About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to step into a pivotal full-stack development role. This is more than just a coding position; it's an opportunity to be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that power essential operations. You will be instrumental in enhancing user interfaces, optimizing backend processes, and ensuring seamless data flow across complex systems. Your contributions will directly impact the stability, performance, and scalability of critical platforms, driving innovation and delivering tangible results for the business.

What You'll Do



  • Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions using Java for backend services.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Maintain and optimize database interactions, working with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases.
  • Write and execute comprehensive tests using frameworks such as Ruby and Java Cucumber to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Actively engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Contribute to the design and development of solutions within a complex, multi-application ecosystem.
  • Utilize AI tools for various stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and pull request reviews.


What You'll Bring



  • Proven experience as a full-stack Java Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end development using Angular and React.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with database technologies, including MongoDB and SQL.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Ruby and Java Cucumber.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-application environment.
  • Hands-on experience and competency in using AI tools for design, development, and code review processes.
  • A strong desire to share knowledge and mentor others is highly valued.
