Aquent, a leading talent solutions partner, is thrilled to collaborate with a prominent financial services institution dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their financial goals. This client is renowned for its innovative approach, client-centric solutions, and commitment to excellence within the dynamic financial landscape. We are seeking a talented professional to join their team and make a significant impact.

Are you ready to transform data into compelling narratives and drive strategic decisions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team where your analytical prowess, communication skills, and strategic insights will directly influence how a critical client acquisition function demonstrates its value and scales its impact. You will be at the forefront of translating complex business results into clear, actionable intelligence, shaping the future growth of the organization.

The Impact You'll Make

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between raw data and executive-ready insights. You will empower leadership with clear visibility into performance and equip field partners with the understanding they need to effectively engage with a specialized client acquisition team. By combining your analytical acumen with exceptional communication, you will not only report results but also craft the compelling story of how this team drives significant business growth and enhances the client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver consistent, timely leadership reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews that illustrate team activity, outcomes, trends, and contribution to firm growth.
  • Analyze pipeline activity, assets won, regional trends, partner engagement, and business results to uncover key insights, identify risks, pinpoint opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations, talking points, and visual summaries that effectively translate data and business activities into a clear, impactful story for senior leaders.
  • Produce engaging, field-facing communications, one-pagers, success stories, case studies, and reusable materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of the client acquisition team and guide optimal engagement.
  • Capture and highlight key wins, unique solutions, client impact, and team accomplishments to showcase how the team supports large-client acquisition and improves the overall field experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting methodologies, streamline workflows, improve communication practices, and ensure operational consistency as the team continues to expand.
  • Provide crucial support for strategic initiatives and business cases by organizing information, quantifying potential impact, and developing clear rationales for critical decisions or investments.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business operations, analytics, communications, consulting, project management, or a closely related function.
  • Exceptional proficiency in presentation development tools, spreadsheet software, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data, metrics, and business results into clear, actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling executive-level storytelling.
  • Strong writing, editing, stakeholder interview, and overall communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities effectively while fostering strong partnerships with leadership and various stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
