Supply Planner 2

We're looking for a Supply Planner 2 to join a global, fast-paced supply chain organization supporting seasonal product delivery and end-to-end supply planning. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage supply plans that align inventory, demand, supply, and delivery objectives.
  • Support day-to-day factory and supply chain operations as well as longer-range planning activities.
  • Partner closely with product, merchandising, planning, analytics, sourcing, manufacturing, and geographic teams.
  • Monitor supply and inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support seasonal delivery execution for high-priority product initiatives.
  • Use data and reporting to provide insights, evaluate options, and improve decision-making.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve supply planning processes, capabilities, and operational efficiency.
  • Navigate changing priorities and ambiguous situations while balancing strategic objectives with immediate business needs.
  • Build strong relationships across a complex, matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, demand planning, production planning, materials planning, or a related operations/supply chain function.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and ideally macros.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to shift effectively between strategic, tactical, and operational thinking.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using data, KPIs, and business insights to drive planning decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Tableau, Cognos, SAP, or comparable planning, ERP, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Manufacturing, factory, sourcing, or supplier planning experience.
  • Experience in inventory, demand, merchandise, marketplace, or financial planning.
  • Experience within retail, consumer products, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or another seasonal product environment.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed supply chains.
  • Experience with seasonal product launches or delivery execution.
