Key Responsibilities:

As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will...

  • Utilize SAP to receive raw materials, packaging supplies, purchasee finished gos, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through double-checking quantities and reporting discrepencies.
  • Report spills, damaged product, or any inventory loss immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation and enviornmental regulations.
  • Operate forklifts safely and follow all plant safety rules.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS regulatory requirements.
  • Load trucks for shipment and handle Bill of Lading paperwork.
  • Create Production Orders in SAP for manufacturing.
  • Perform customer-specific requirements such as labeling.

  • High school diploma or GED; ability to ready English and perform basic math
  • Minimum one year of warehousing experience
  • Computer pfociency, including Microsoft application
  • Forklift experience
  • Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime
  • Ability to maintain forklift license and DOT certification if required
