As a Security Officer Screening Inspector in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure, organized environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or belongings entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures; report prohibited or suspicious items and activities to appropriate site contacts.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as assigned, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
