Technical Superintendent
Overview Walbridge is looking for Superintendents that know how to and love to build! Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, carpenters, etc.) working in particular construction discipline (civil, structural, electrical). Location You can be located anywhere in the US, if you are highly willing to travel to our client projects on a long-term basis. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities: Resource Management
: Plan and supervise Equipment Start Up and Commissioning process, Assistant Superintendent (on larger projects) and/or craft activities such as, determining method of construction, workforce levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Maintain liaison with other departments such as Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, support craft activities and project schedules.
Overall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant growth and innovation within the organization and serve our client's needs. Qualifications To qualify for the role, you must have:
