What You'll Do:
  • Gather, organize, analyze, and visualize complex datasets based on business requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, graphs, and presentations that communicate insights clearly.
  • Support data mining, segmentation, trend analysis, and statistical analysis activities.
  • Maintain and improve SharePoint sites, document archives, workflows, permissions, and views.
  • Create and edit technical documentation, including design procedures, test procedures, drafting standards, and engineering process documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to collect requirements and translate technical content into accessible documentation.
  • Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and related documentation standards.
  • Use Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to answer business questions and support process improvements.
  • Assist with meeting-room technology setup for design reviews and engineering meetings.
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and rapidly changing priorities with appropriate follow-through.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • 3+ years of experience gathering, organizing, cleaning, segmenting, and analyzing complex datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience creating dashboards, reports, graphs, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of experience using advanced Excel features such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, formatting, formulas, and graphing.
  • 2+ years of experience creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, or engineering process documents.
  • 1+ years of experience working with SharePoint, OneDrive, document archives, workflows, permissions, or collaborative editing environments.
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL, database queries, reporting tools, or data-extraction techniques.
  • 1+ years of experience applying PLM concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • 1+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and interactive visualizations.
  • 1+ years of experience managing SharePoint document archival and workflow solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL, advanced Excel, and complex data sets to develop operational insights.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a related discipline; advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with semiconductor, engineering, product development, or manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience with PLM systems and engineering change or product-documentation processes.
  • Understanding of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation methods.
  • Experience with statistical analysis packages such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Business Objects, XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks, or other reporting and data-development technologies.
  • Experience collaborating on documents through SharePoint, OneDrive, and co-authoring tools.
  • Basic PC setup and troubleshooting support for conference rooms and technical meetings.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and resolve competing priorities.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Overtime: May be required based on project deadlines and business needs.
  • Work Environment: 100% onsite engineering and product-development environment.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.
