APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs. Prioritize and groom product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD). Partner closely with agile teams and stakeholders to communicate progress, make informed decisions, and keep delivery moving forward. Use customer insights, analytics, and design thinking to identify opportunities and improve product outcomes. Collaborate across teams and with other Product Owners to align customer journeys, dependencies, risks, and related backlogs. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6+ years of business, analytical, technical, and product experience. Minimum 10 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience Minimum 10 years of Defect Management & Reporting experience Minimum 10 years of Content Management System (CMS) Implementation experience What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree Experience prioritizing across competing priorities and a quickly changing landscape. Experience actively seeking out multiple opinions, yet making independent decisions and influencing positive outcomes. Understanding of Design Thinking principles. Knowledge of product design and development best practices. Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Experience working in partnership with user experience teams on product design. Experience developing/managing digital capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Specific subject matter expertise as needed by assigned product.
