Employment Type: Temp (6 Months)

Compensation: $30.00-$35.00/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1 st Shift

What You'll Do:
  • Support export license application preparation, foreign travel export requirements, travel letters, and foreign visitor guidance.
  • Review export documentation, assist with commodity and technology classifications, and maintain classification data in ERP and technology classification systems.
  • Perform ad-hoc denied party screening and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) activities, including Business Partner releases, screening releases, and data entry.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data for trade compliance projects while monitoring daily business communications for compliance-related matters.
  • Identify and promptly report suspected compliance violations and support investigations as needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience supporting trade compliance, export controls, or related business processes.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment (i.e., engineering, contracts, logistics) with exposure to export/import concepts and principles.
  • Knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
  • Experience using SAP, Global Trade Services (GTS), OCR EASE, Simplified Network Application Process - Redesign (SNAP-R), and Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS)
