Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager providing support to the Program Acquisition Executive for Nuclear Command, Control, Communications via the Nuclear Networks Division (NCN) Front Office Group (FOG). The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. Primary in-office duties will include direct support to the Senior Material Leader (SML), Division Deputy and Functional staff as appropriate. Duties include, but not limited to:
Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, AFI 63-101/20-101, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Education: BA/BS Degree Years of Experience: 3 - 7 Years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance/Access: ICD 704 Eligible Years of experience: 7+ years in DoD/DoW environment, primarily supporting Air Force acquisitions programs Interpersonal Skills
