Applies professional concepts to conduct analytical studies and projects of moderate scope and complexity in support of a federally sponsored research program. Under general supervision, the Program Coordinator provides analytical and administrative support for a complex, multi-year ARPA-H research initiative by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing program information to support project planning, reporting, and compliance activities. The incumbent analyzes project data, monitors milestones and deliverables, identifies gaps or issues requiring follow-up, and prepares reports, summaries, and briefing materials for the Principal Investigator and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating project meetings, documenting action items and technical progress, maintaining project records, tracking budgets and project metrics, supporting sponsor reporting requirements, and assisting with the development of presentations and other program materials. The incumbent applies professional judgment, established policies, and analytical techniques to support effective program administration, facilitate communication among internal and external collaborators, and contribute to the successful execution of project objectives.
