Schedule:Monday - Thursday | 5 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and testing procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of Windows-based systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing safety practices, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Experience Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in assembly, electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, production, or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection processes.
- Familiarity with gears, subassemblies, pneumatic systems, machine calibration, and functional testing is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and graphic work instructions.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment with industrial noise exposure.
Job Duties
- Assemble, disassemble, and test electro-mechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Clean, wash, buff, and inspect parts using designated equipment, chemicals, and compressed air.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to complete mechanical and electronic assemblies.
- Verify alignment, fit, and function of components while maintaining high quality standards.
- Complete production schedules, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S, ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
- Support cross-training efforts and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
- Monitor chemical shelf life, follow PPE requirements, and ensure equipment is properly shut down when not in use.
- Perform minor soldering, wire repairs, testing, troubleshooting, and other production-related duties as assigned.
