Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Inventory, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain training is a plus.


Experience Requirements

  • 1+ years of sit down forklift experience.
  • Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or material handling environment preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems such as Great Plains or similar ERP software preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, printed circuit board (PCB) materials, or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not required.
  • Forklift certification or operating experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and shipping documentation is a plus.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, and move materials throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40-50 pounds.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and handling warehouse materials.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, equipment noise, and moving machinery.
  • Must be able to safely recognize forklift traffic, alarms, and workplace sounds.


Job Duties

  • Pull materials for production kits and material requests to support manufacturing operations.
  • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Process basic inventory transactions within the inventory control system.
  • Prepare and maintain import/export documentation, packing lists, and Excel tracking spreadsheets.
  • Package materials for domestic and international shipments, including exports to Mexico.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, including inspection and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Operate material handling equipment and support warehouse logistics activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, organization, and compliance with company procedures.
