Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Inventory, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain training is a plus. Experience Requirements 1+ years of sit down forklift experience. Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or material handling environment preferred. Experience with inventory management systems such as Great Plains or similar ERP software preferred. Familiarity with electronic components, printed circuit board (PCB) materials, or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not required. Forklift certification or operating experience preferred. Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and shipping documentation is a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently stand, walk, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40-50 pounds. Occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and handling warehouse materials. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, equipment noise, and moving machinery. Must be able to safely recognize forklift traffic, alarms, and workplace sounds. Job Duties Pull materials for production kits and material requests to support manufacturing operations. Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations. Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives. Process basic inventory transactions within the inventory control system. Prepare and maintain import/export documentation, packing lists, and Excel tracking spreadsheets. Package materials for domestic and international shipments, including exports to Mexico. Perform shipping and receiving activities, including inspection and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials. Operate material handling equipment and support warehouse logistics activities.
