Extrusion Press Production

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional manufacturing, production, or technical training is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in job-related training programs and continuous learning opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial equipment operation experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience reading technical drawings, die prints, and customer specifications.
• Ability to use precision inspection equipment and maintain quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and material identification preferred.

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, cranes, hoists, lifts, saws, and hand tools.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a production environment.
• Capable of working safely around industrial machinery while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and extrusion equipment to maximize productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Verify manufacturing orders and customer specifications to ensure accurate production requirements.
• Inspect parts and surface finishes using designated measuring and inspection equipment.
• Follow all production procedures, quality standards, and departmental performance metrics.
• Perform routine equipment checks and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and immediately identify and address safety concerns.
• Cross-train across multiple department functions to support operational flexibility.
• Meet production schedules and delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support company goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and team objectives.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards while completing additional duties and special projects as assigned.
