Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read, complete, and maintain production, quality, and traceability documentation. Commitment to workplace safety standards and operating procedures. Experience Requirements Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, production, or machine operator role is helpful. Experience operating production machinery and meeting established production goals. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership. Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and company policies. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift. Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and repetitive movement. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. Job Duties Operate production machinery and equipment while meeting or exceeding productivity standards. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and complete required quality checks. Accurately complete production paperwork, including quality reports, time records, scrap documentation, and traceability logs. Retrieve materials from containers, process products according to work instructions, and return finished goods to designated storage areas. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with production team members, coordinators, and supervisors. Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
