What You'll Do

• Execute quality assurance and post-send validation for critical customer communications across digital channels.
• Manage comprehensive campaign calendars, deployment details, tracking systems, and essential documentation.
• Generate insightful weekly and monthly performance reports for creative assets and diverse marketing channels.
• Perform basic data pulls, develop intuitive dashboards, and interpret A/B test results using various analytics platforms.
• Coordinate and support testing programs, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with the strategic planning and seamless execution of promotional efforts.
• Capture detailed meeting notes, manage follow-ups, prepare concise briefs, and ensure overall project hygiene.
• Provide adaptable operational support, readily adjusting to evolving priorities and business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM), lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or broader digital marketing.
• Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to comfortably manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with precision.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly crucial for quality assurance in high-stakes marketing campaigns.
• A demonstrated ability to analyze complex performance data and translate it into clear, actionable takeaways that drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, project management tools, and/or customer messaging platforms.
• A proactive mindset, eagerly taking ownership of tasks and consistently identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Comfort and familiarity working across email, SMS, and push marketing channels.
