JOB DESCRIPTION
Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content through advertising, subscriptions, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our proprietary technology stack, including Supercast for subscriptions and Speakeasy for hosting, distribution, and monetization. ABOUT THE ROLE Red Seat Ventures is seeking a Video Production & Studio Manager, to support day-to-day studio and technical production operations from our New York office. This role is responsible for owning onsite and remote production workflows, maintaining studio systems, supporting creators' technical production needs, and ensuring reliable execution across live and recorded productions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is comfortable stepping into multiple production roles as needed. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality production standards. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-105,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
