These include assisting the marketing team with media visits, managing purchase orders for sales, marketing, and special events, and handling a variety of administrative duties requested by colleagues within the Sales and Marketing Division in order to provide timely and professional service to our guests. Responsibilities: * Support the efforts of the sales team to drive top-line revenue for the hotel. * Assists with sales inquiries for group and catering events. * Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums. * Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items * Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi) * Assist with media property visits (reservations, amenities, activities, etc.) * Coordinate client site inspections and preplanning visits * Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed * Manage Group Commissions * Other duties as needed.
