You'll research and apply payments, resolve unapplied cash, process refunds and credit card transactions, and ensure the appropriate documentation and approvals are in place to maintain accurate financial records. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Research and accurately apply customer payment remittances, including lockbox deposits, credit cards, ACH, and wire payments. Investigate and resolve unapplied cash items while completing payment reconciliations. Reconcile disputed applications and third-party remittances to ensure payments are accurately posted to customer accounts. Process customer refunds for overpayments and credit balances while following required documentation and approval procedures. Prepare payment reporting and support periodic contract structure adjustments and other assigned responsibilities. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer payments and invoices and operating computers. What Sets You Apart: Communication skills.
