Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 pm-9:30 pm PST

We are seeking an organized and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to support manufacturing operations through inventory management, purchasing coordination, and materials tracking. In this role, you'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, safety, training, and leadership teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely material availability, and efficient procurement processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform non-BOM purchasing activities for manufacturing, pilot, safety, training, and engineering organizations.
  • Verify ordering and receiving data while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Monitor the movement of materials and parts between departments to support production schedules.
  • Develop inventory performance reports and provide updates to leadership teams.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for manufacturing and procurement operations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting inventory control, purchasing, procurement, or material management activities.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching for more than 25% of the workday.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience using ERP and purchasing systems such as SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba.
  • Strong computer proficiency and data management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements.
  • Excellent written communication and professional email skills.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Lifting Requirements: Up to 35 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM PST (Swing Shift).
