Employment Type: Contract (4 months)

Compensation: $86.20 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)

  • We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project Manager to provide temporary coverage during a team member's leave of absence.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate key workstreams supporting the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and broader marketing transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business, regional, corporate, and communications stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum.
  • Own project plans, timelines, action logs, governance processes, and documentation while proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
  • Organize workshops, working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and approval processes to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Prepare clear status updates for leadership, monitor progress against milestones and business objectives, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or Communications or Healthcare or Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, program management, project management, communications, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product GTM.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
  • Familiarity with clinical evidence, value propositions, and customer-centric marketing approaches.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Background supporting executive communications or strategic marketing programs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Effective at translating complex information into clear, actionable communications.
  • Skilled at driving progress through influence rather than authority.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible and independent work style/dynamic, fast learner.
