About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Legal Digital Transformation Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. This is an early career opportunity designed for recent graduates and professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are interested in technology, business process improvement, project management, and legal operations.


In this role, you will help drive digital transformation initiatives that support global Legal and Tax organizations. Working closely with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will assist in translating business requirements into technology solutions, supporting system implementations, improving business processes, and helping deliver projects that enhance efficiency and user experience across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, IT, and business teams to support digital transformation and technology initiatives.
  • Analyze business requirements and help design process and system solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-launch support.
  • Create project documentation, training materials, and presentations while driving change management and user adoption across global teams.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions with international teams, which may require frequent early morning or evening calls outside of standard business hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Legal Studies, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, academic projects, or related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, process improvement, or project management.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience supporting technology, systems implementation, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies or business analysis practices.
  • Exposure to legal operations, legal technology, tax operations, contract management systems, workflow tools, or enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience creating process maps, business requirements documents, training materials, or presentations.
  • Background in Legal Studies, Tax, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
