ABOUT THE POSITION The Senior Director, Commercial Analytics is a strategic leadership role within Columbia's North America organization, reporting to the SVP & General Manager, North America. This leader will establish and lead a unified commercial analytics capability that helps transform data into actionable business insights, enabling faster and better decisions across Wholesale, DTC, Marketing, Merchandising, and Consumer Insights. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and organizational transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, uncover risks, and drive growth by bringing together fragmented data sources, establishing a common business reporting framework, and creating a consistent operating rhythm for commercial decision making. Success in this role requires a rare combination of commercial acumen, analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership influence. You will help Columbia move beyond reporting what happened to understanding why it happened, what matters most, and what actions should be taken next. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
