Overview The Rimkus Forensic Human Factors group provides services related to evaluating safety, human performance, risk perception, and decision-making associated with human interaction with products, environments, and processes. The position will require managing a range of consulting projects that may involve working with teams on multi-disciplinary projects; conducting field investigations and physical testing, including data acquisition; conducting research to obtain technical data; and reviewing scientific literature and standards. Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements Physical Demands - Work is performed primarily in an office setting. The employee must frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk (must be able to speak and communicate clearly with others). Employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary. Overtime - There will be periods when overtime is required, which the employee will need to comply with to meet the demands of the position. Travel - 25-50% at most, overnight and field.
