That's why we're looking for a Buyer III who thrives under pressure, solves problems before they become emergencies, and knows how to keep materials flowing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you love making things happen, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing data, and being the person everyone counts on when challenges arise, keep reading.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the critical link between our suppliers and our production floor, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time to keep WARN running.

  • Own purchase orders from placement through receipt
  • Execute MRP recommendations including expedites, deferments, and order changes
  • Prevent and resolve material shortages before they impact production
  • Manage supplier relationships and drive accountability
  • Analyze inventory risk, supplier performance, and procurement metrics
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and ERP data
  • Partner with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance
  • Drive continuous improvement across purchasing and supply chain operations
  • Use JDE, Power BI, and Excel to make smart, data-driven decisions

What We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, materials, or supply chain experience
  • Strong ERP experience (JDE preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookups
  • Solid understanding of MRP and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and ownership
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Bonus Points For:

  • JD Edwards (JDE) experience
  • Power BI experience
  • Supplier performance management experience
  • APICS/CPIM/CSCP or CPSM certifications
  • Manufacturing or industrial supply chain background
