Key Responsibilities



  • Drive product marketing strategy, providing crucial market context and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead decision-making processes and establish guiding principles for the successful launch and growth of product features and services.
  • Educate marketing teams, support content strategies, and execute medium- to large-scale campaigns through scalable initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to boost education, engagement, and product adoption across various channels.
  • Analyze detailed insights and understand big-picture implications to solve complex problems and identify optimal solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products and features, collaborating with partners to inform development, conduct market analysis, and predict industry trends.
  • Facilitate meetings to develop comprehensive marketing plans, prioritize goals, and define positioning strategies for target audiences.
  • Develop and roll out frameworks for product marketing content across all relevant channels.
  • Define, identify, collect, and track key quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics.
  • Validate market size and opportunities, leveraging expertise to identify new market landscapes and build supporting rationales.
  • Develop user insights to guide product development and marketing strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • Provide feedback on user experience improvements, advocate for in-product user experience, and promote user engagement.
  • Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to specific product voices and goals.
  • Independently create marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional and production teams for publishing.
  • Determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research efforts with internal and external partners.
  • Drive and manage medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to achieve user needs and objectives.
  • Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, determining optimal channels for user engagement and target achievement.
