This company plays a crucial role in ensuring individuals receive the medications they need, contributing significantly to community health and delivering essential care across a broad spectrum of services.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to step into a vital role within our client's dynamic team. In this position, you will be at the heart of medication fulfillment, directly impacting patients' lives by ensuring accurate and timely access to their prescriptions. Your expertise will support the seamless operation of a critical service, contributing to the health and safety of countless individuals and upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
  • Have a current and valid Pharmacy Techncian's license for the State of Texas


Key Responsibilities



  • Process prescription exceptions, which includes resolving claim rejects and conducting member and physician outreach to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, maintaining data integrity.
  • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns, ensuring patient access to necessary medications.
  • Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide clear direction on processing complex cases.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing professional and helpful communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the pharmacy fulfillment system.


Required Qualifications



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and software.
