We are seeking an experienced, Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team. Our Clinical Nurse Managers are instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, supporting exceptional patient care, and helping teams thrive. You will work closely with Ralph Boccia, MD, FACP, CCBD's Medical Director and AON's Medical Director of Research. Job Description Summary: Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care. Direct staffing and workflow for nurses and clinical support teams; coach, educate, and develop staff; and coordinate emergency response as needed.
