Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of engineers and technical staff supporting the OS/COMET commercial product. This role focuses on leading the development and modernization of Telemetry, Tracking & Command (TT&C) and Satellite Mission Planning and Scheduling systems, delivering Mission Management Integrated Solutions Tool Suite COTS Command & Control software for mission-critical government customers. We are seeking an individual with strong communication abilities and with very effective technical and team collaboration skills to help manage the existing programs and drive new license and maintenance sales. The PM shall be the driving force in evolving the culture to drive and enable enhancements to our commercial product to support future growth pipeline needs while continuing on-contract growth for our existing programs. What you'll do:
Serve as the primary interface to Government and Industry leadership, Contracting Officers, and senior mission stakeholders

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
