We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI Employee Support Product Owner to join our People Enablement team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; or NYC, New York. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the strategy and execution to unify fragmented HR support experiences, bringing together AI, workflow automation, and case management into a single, intuitive support journey across Eliza and Oracle.
- Architect and deploy foundational agentic self-service capabilities, shifting the enterprise toward an AI-first operating model where employee needs are increasingly resolved through intelligent self-service rather than creating a manual case.
- Design scalable, automated routing logic and disambiguation models to reduce employee effort, accelerate first-time-right issue resolution, and lower the overall HR cost-to-serve.
Partner closely with Service Delivery Groups (SDGs), engineering pods, and executive stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring strict readiness gates are met before deploying technology to solve complex operational challenges.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an agile delivery model, successfully translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable digital products.
- Deep expertise in HR help desk architecture, AI-driven self-service tools, or natural language processing ecosystems, with a track record of driving tangible ROI and capacity savings.
Exceptional strategic execution skills with the ability to navigate enterprise governance (e.g., AI Hub approvals), manage cross-functional stakeholders, and balance top-down mandates with bottom-up process simplification. - Demonstrated leadership experience guiding cross-functional engineering, UX, and delivery squads, fostering a culture of high velocity, ruthless prioritization, and rigorous burndown discipline.
