What this position entails The Lead Sales Operations Specialist is a hands-on member of IntelliScript's Sales and Marketing team who will help ensure the sales organization has the processes, tools, data, and insights needed to operate effectively and support business growth. Working closely with Sales leadership, Account Executives, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams, this role will manage and improve day-to-day operations that accelerate revenue growth, drive efficient and effective go to market execution, and measurable client, partner, and prospect engagement. The Lead Sales Operations Specialist will support and optimize sales and marketing processes, proposal and RFP activities, CRM and prospect data management, go to market reporting (marketing, sales, alliances, retention & growth), performance and pipeline analytics, and workflow management. This role will also identify opportunities to improve processes, implement and leverage technology, establish operational standards, and develop solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and consistency across the go to market functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done. This role is for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, building consensus across stakeholders, and turning information into actionable insights. The Lead Sales Operations Specialist will be expected to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and independently take projects from concept through execution while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Location The expected application deadline for this job is January 31, 2027. This position is open to remote work anywhere in the US. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events. The overall salary range for this role is $78,800 to $177,675. For candidates residing in:
